Do you offer custom printing?
- Yes we do! We can print individual custom designs or gang sheets (images placed together on a specific size canvas). Please see the CUSTOM tab for more information.
- We offer very competitive pricing.
- Did you know? Our 22x60 gang sheet is already priced for ALL customers at wholesale. We're passing on major savings to you whether you're a small or large scale business!
Do you offer shipping? What's the cost?
- FREE Shipping is available to all US (continental United States) and Canadian Customers for orders over $150.00 CAD (before taxes, discounts, etc.). This does not include P.O Boxes. (Free shipping is not included to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories).
- We offer competitive *FLAT RATE shipping pricing too! We cover a portion of each shipment cost to help you out.
*for rural areas, you may be invoiced the cost difference (we will still cover a portion)
- We can ship anywhere in Canada or the US.
- For shipments to PO boxes, please contact us first for a quote.
How does local pickup work?
- Select at checkout FREE local pickup for London, Ontario OR St. Thomas, Ontario. *Note that St. Thomas pickup has a cut-off date for same week pickups.
- An email will be sent when your order is ready with the address and schedule.
- Use email only to contact us about pickups.
- Our pickup schedule is Monday to Saturday 9:30am - 8:00pm. Sundays we are closed.
- Please note, local pickups need to be picked up within 7 days of your order completion. Space is limited, if your order cannot be picked up within this time-frame, shipping will be required at the buyer's expense. **We do not offer refunds for transfers that may be negatively impacted by weather or storage conditions. It it is your responsibility to pickup your transfers in a timely manner.
For St. Thomas, Ontario Pickups
- Please inquire about the pickup schedule as there is a cut-off order date for same week pickups.
Is my order ready? Where can I find shipping updates?
- You'll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org when your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Shipping updates how can I get them?
Remember that shipping companies provide you and us with the same information. Using your tracking number, you can track your package online and check the status.
For further shipping inquires, please call the shipping company first and provide them with your tracking number. You will likely get an answer much faster than we can get to.
How can I contact you?

What's your refund policy?
- Our number one priority is customer satisfaction.
We take pride in making quality products that you love! Each order is inspected before it goes out the door.
- All transfers are FINAL SALE. Should you receive a product with a defect, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make it right.
- All issues must be emailed to us within 48 hours of having received your order.
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our machines for print production. We charge a small fee for refunds sent from our store to cover transaction costs.

Please note, we have a large minimum order amount that needs to be met in order to qualify.
We only offer a certain number of wholesale offers, applying does not mean we can accept each application.
